"The services of Henderson Woods provided the information and the support I needed and our staff needed to understand and address a concern that we had no idea how to address. We moved from fearful ignorance to empowerment. As a result of our collaboration, we have an educated plan that will support all individuals in our District as we deal with new, unknown territory."

"There's no question that IBB allows for more creative approaches to difficult issues and tends to work well when the parties have a commitment to the process. Facilitation is especially helpful when the parties have not had much experience."
John B. Wolf

"I hired Susan to be a neutral IBB facilitator during our recent contract negotiations and was impressed with her patience, objectivity and willingness to challenge us along the way. It was a pleasure to work with a consultant who is extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Susan is without a doubt a top-notch labor management consultant!"
