Susan Kay Salvaggio

Interest-Based Bargaining

"Excellent Job! Facilitation kept us on track and helped us work through difficult issues.  We were able to negotiate the contract without being sidetracked by emotion."

Al Hartle

"There's no question that IBB allows for more creative approaches to difficult issues and tends to work well when the parties have a commitment to the process.  Facilitation is especially helpful when the parties have not had much experience."
